Jun Inoue

During his university years, he founded a non-profit educational organization in the United States.

After graduation, he began his career as a database engineer at a Oracle. He then moved to a Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for designing and marketing derivative financial products. Leveraging this experience, he joined a newly established securities firm as a founding member, overseeing digital marketing operations.

Later, at a management consulting firm, he led a real estate consulting team, handling multiple projects for major developers. Since 2017, he has served as the CEO of THIRD Inc..

CSO (Chief Scientific Officer)

Yasunobu Imamura

Yasunobu Imamura developed his programming skills from an early age, excelling in programming contests during his academic years.

After working in Tokyo and becoming self-employed in Fukuoka, he gained international recognition as a three-time TopCoder Open finalist and Kaggle Master.

While working, he earned his Ph.D. and joined THIRD as CSO in December 2018, later achieving Kaggle Grandmaster in January 2022.

He now applies his expertise in intelligent information engineering and competitive programming to solve social challenges.

Daishin Matsuo

After gaining extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects including office buildings, commercial facilities, and residential complexes as a site supervisor for housing companies and general contractors, he joined THIRD in 2015.

As an active construction manager, they oversee projects involving construction material procurement, contractor coordination, technical guidance, and cost optimization.

Toshihiro Kono

Our CTO leads THIRD's IT Development division, drawing on extensive experience across multiple technology sectors including startups, system integrators, and corporate IT departments.

His track record includes managing media platforms with 100 million monthly page views and developing e-commerce systems for major mobile carriers.

He joined THIRD in 2019, assuming the role of Chief Technology Officer to drive our technological initiatives forward.
